1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and complete payment verification.
  • Order Verification: For security purposes, large-value orders or those with irregular patterns may be subject to additional verification, which could extend the processing time by 1 business day. We will notify you if this occurs.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at ecokamal087@gmail.com. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • The 50 states of the United States
  • U.S. Territories and Minor Outlying Islands (including Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and others)

4. Extended U.S. Shipping (Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories)

Due to increased logistical complexity and carrier surcharges, different rates and timelines apply to these regions.

Important Notes for Extended U.S. Shipping:

  • Delivery Variability: Delivery times to islands and territories are estimates and can vary significantly due to weather, carrier frequency, and local customs processing.
  • Expedited Service: Due to limited carrier options, expedited services may not be available to all remote locations. Please email us for availability and pricing.
  • Customs & Import Fees: While these are U.S. territories, some locations may still be subject to additional customs inspection or local import taxes. The customer is responsible for any such fees.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Aura Clo. does not offer international shipping outside of U.S. territories. We are working to expand our services in the future.

6. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a secure delivery location is specified. Aura Clo. is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier, or for packages stolen from an unattended delivery location.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, resulting in the package being returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Address Discrepancies: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no progress for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately at ecokamal087@gmail.com. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and work with you to find a resolution.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
