Thank you for your purchase at salesale. We hope you are happy with your new items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original tags and be in the original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at ecokamal087@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the eligible item(s) in the original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days (typically 5-10 business days).
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item for the same one, please contact us at ecokamal087@gmail.com.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Address
- Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.
- The return address will be provided upon issuance of the Return Authorization. Please do not ship returns to our company office address, as it may delay the processing of your return.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit if they meet all other return eligibility criteria.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ecokamal087@gmail.com with photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly arrange for a return and cover the associated shipping costs, and will then send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
